Meet Andre Richards!
He began his journey with Pelham Children’s Center in 2023 as a Teacher’s Assistant at Hutchinson Elementary. In 2025, he accepted the role of Site Director at Prospect Elementary and, through hard work and dedication, was promoted to Director of the PCAP program. In this role, he now oversees Hutchinson, Colonial, and Prospect Elementary Schools.
"This experience has been both joyful and fulfilling, and I am eager to continue growing within the organization while contributing to our community. I am passionate about creating meaningful, memorable, and transformative experiences for the children we serve. In my role as Director, I want to use my knowledge and expertise to create a safe, fun, welcoming environment for the children of the community! "
